Remecare app used for follow-up of cancer patients at home
AMTRA is one of the Minister of Health’s pilot projects which monitors cancer patients via an app on their smartphones. AMTRA received a Health & Care Award from a jury of professionals. Four Belgian hospitals are involved in this pilot project.
Remecare is care pathway management and remote monitoring software that helps clinical teams better understand the patient experience beyond the hospital walls and use reported data to further improve care decisions.
